Usage Authorization Demand

Companies interested in using the NGN Enabled logo must contact Nexus Telecom AG directly. In order to prove compliance with the "NGN Enabled Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements," Nexus will require technical product documentation and customer references for all products for which the "NGN Enabled" logo is sought to guarantee compatibility with NGN technologies in the OSS field.

Potential Sanctions

In the event that a company uses the logo without express permission to do so, Nexus Telecom AG will black list the infringing company and publish the listing.
